This natural Caturra micro-lot from La Union, Colombia is bursting with vibrant acidity and bags of sweetness. This is a beautiful natural processed coffee produce by small holders in the región of La Union, Nariño where lot’s are gethered at asociation and then delivered to our warehouse in Armenia. This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries, later hand sorted to remove any defects. Coffee is sundried on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions until the ideal moisture content is achieved. This microlot is 100% Caturra. This variety originated in Minas Gerais, Brazil. It is a natural mutation of Red Bourbon. Caturra produces more coffee and is more resistant to plant diseases than Bourbon.

Make a super wild espresso- use a lot less coffee in the basket than you usually would and try a super fast shot -say under 24seconds for best results!
