Peruvian coffee is renowned for it's coffee production, being considered 11th in the world for its coffee production, despite not being one of the so called 'big regions' of growing coffee. Due to the landscape of Peru that provides high altitude, mineral rich mountain soils and cool, shaded nights, coffee cherries are able to slowly ripen that allows the coffee to develop a sweet and well developed flavour. The variation of the landscape and the microclimates that are within these regions means that there are ten different producing regions that each have their own unique tasting profile, making Peru a epicenter of flavour diversity. Ebert and his family are collectively known as Finca Artemira - named after his mother! As an individual, Ebert is a dedicated coffee producer based in the Cajamarca region, located in the San Ignacio Province. Ebert and his family ensure regenerative practices, such as agroforestry, soil regeneration and avoiding synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. This is a family that relies on an approach that is deeply rooted in tradition, always aiming to produce high-quality coffee. Welcome to the Radical family, Finca Artemira!
