Returns & Refunds Policy — Radical Roasters

We only accept returns for defective products.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if a product you receive is faulty or not as described. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any other reason outside of a product defect.
What counts as defective? A product is considered defective if it is damaged, contaminated, incorrectly sealed, or otherwise unfit for consumption upon receipt.
How to make a claim If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@radicalroasters.co.uk. You will need to provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Photographic evidence where possible
Your remedy Where a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We will not require you to return perishable or consumable goods where return is impractical.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
